As an academic recruiter you will be involved in the academic team recruitment process and seeking suitable academic tutors for the company through various channels.
As an Academic Recruiter, you'll need to:
- Organising the academic team recruitment process and seeking suitable academic tutors for the company through various channels
- To organise the development of the company's academic team recruitment system
- Responsible for academic job analysis, job descriptions, and job fixing, proposing the design of organisation settings and job duties, and proposing improvements to the company's academic organisational structure design.
- Conduct and allocate interviews with potential academic team members.
- Create tables in Excel that tracks how well people do to find academics (e.g., how many academics are found by a person, by subject, average days to find academics, and success rate. Display these by person and by the team on average).
- Coordinate with Academic Director to manage the team.
- Train new academic team.
- Ensuring academic record searching is updated.
- Ensuring the academic team updates their record information.
- Informing client team when academics are found.
- Ensuring contracts are finalized for academics (Academic Director can help here).
- Communicating with HR to make timesheets for new academics.
- Use software like Notion to track completed tasks and goals.
